Refund & Cancellation Policy Overview This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for all ChatBlu plans and services. It applies to source code licenses, setup services, trainings, and support deliverables. Key Principle Once access to the source code is delivered, refunds are not possible under any circumstance because digital goods cannot be returned and intellectual property is irrevocably transferred. Before Delivery Orders may be cancelled prior to delivery of credentials or files. If no work has started, a full cancellation is possible. If setup or customization work has begun, a proportional service fee may be deducted from any eligible pre-delivery refund. After Delivery No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered after delivery of source code, repository access, download links, license keys, or credentials. Training sessions completed or partially completed are non-refundable. One-Time Setup and Services One-time setup, installation, server configuration, Facebook/WhatsApp API assistance, and branding/customization services are non-refundable once work has started. If the customer fails to provide required documents, access, or approvals, the service window may be paused but fees remain non-refundable. Subscription or Maintenance (if applicable) If a recurring support/maintenance plan is purchased, you may cancel the next billing cycle any time before renewal. Past payments are non-refundable. “Lifetime updates” entitle you to new releases as published for the licensed model; they do not include custom development unless stated. Eligibility and Access Delivery is deemed complete when any of the following occur: download link shared, repository/invite sent, email with attachments delivered, or server credentials provided. The license is granted to the purchaser per the chosen model and terms; redistribution or reselling is prohibited unless expressly permitted. Bugs, Support, and Fixes Report bugs within your support window; fixes will be provided as per the plan’s support scope. Refunds are not issued for bugs; remediation is via patches, guidance, or updates. Chargebacks Filing an unfounded chargeback after delivery violates this policy. Evidence of delivery and license access will be submitted to the payment provider.
